    I still think he should play farther from goal. I think he's better defensively than offensively, and he can help paper over MB's awful athleticism.

    McKennie was very good tonight and made quite a few passes through the backline of Guyana. Guyana means "grain of salt" in Dutch btw...

    Looking at the roster, Pulisic and McKennie are the only players who can play the "Dual 8/10s" even well to poor. Nobody else has shown any ability to play the positions.

    This roster is in such a state that an injury to Pulisic, McKennie, Boyd, or Altidore ends our tournament. Two of those players get hurt a lot. Two of those players were hurt at some point last night.

    You can see that McKennie has a bright future with USMNT. It only makes sense that if our coach is still trying to figure things out then the players under him probably are, too.
