The US is having trouble moving the ball on the left side. There has been a lot of congestion from the NK pressure.

The field was torn up by now in the Germany-Argentina game. No divots yet!

Rapoine: gamble, miss, but recovers and gets fouled.

I'm going to guess NK has more experience playing in the rain.

I have to agree with the ingame assessment that NK will get burned on set piece.

You know, I wonder if NK not holding a high (or any) line on those free kicks isn't messing w/ out free kick timing just a little. Not that we won't figure it out.

knock on wood. no jinxing here (please)

Nice analysis of the 3 mid vs 4 mid by Foudy. And why can't we connect passes. Boxx one times a ball to no one and (I thought) she had more time than that.

Are we that concerned about speed of play b/c of relentless pursuit by NK that we can't settle?

They'll get burned that way eventually i think. Theres nothing more crappy for a keeper than 16-18 bodies in/around your 6 with no space to move

    Oh, I agree.

Abby should have tried to use her feet there rather than bending down to head.
