as a season ticket holder i am privy to a priority # for tickets to this match. i doubt too many people will buy a season ticket package just to get a priority #. i imagine crew management will most likely have a list of folks they will call before they go on sale to the general public. i will also bet $$$ that columbus steps up and buys this out quickly as soon as they do go on sale.

my question is, being as ccs only holds 24-25k, how will folks outside the central ohio area get their tickets?

well... i can tell you that we will call in to block off an area for group tickets... it floats everwhere else, no reason to see that to quit working

and it's what's done for the games chicago has in c-bus

and i hope that many of you will join us (we want to get in the northend to be with your supporters and behind the goal)

i've talked with a few crew fans about this, they've been cool with the idea... and i'll do what i can to let fans, there just for the us game, know to stay out of your hairs for the crew-dallas match... i figure the crew game will be moved for a doubleheader, unless they want to join your efforts... i know i'm tempted, as you guys are playing the burn

we greatly want to work with the northend to make this possible and one flowing, foaming crowd for the nats match...

everyone working together and making noise

The last friendly there wasn't near a sellout. US 0, Ecuador 0 -- June 7, 2001 -- 12,572 in attendance. I went and had no problem getting a good seat through Ticketmaster.

(easily) forgot about that ecuador match. i must have been hammered. didin't realize the crowd was that lame. i would expect a larger crowd for this one with the success of the wc parties at ccs and the buzz it generated for the nats.

    jmeissen- see you there

i would guess this is going to get a good crowd...but cannot see it selling-out unless the crew are allowed to do advertising for the match.

the ussf is pretty good at doing a crapy job of advertising.

but ignoring that fact, this game is on the 4th of july weekend so they really could do a good job of tying all that together...the crew have a home game the night before so this could also affect the crowd.
