Busio and Vazquez pressing incredibly effectively. But dear god Brandon did not bring his shooting boots.

 

Vazquez not helping me with my argument that Sargent is a waste of a roster spot.

 

So yeah ummm Vasquez. Yikes. Wasted two golden opportunities. Good by Musah there to set him up perfectly.

Busio is just too weak on the ball. So many turnovers in a physical match like this.

 

This should be 3-0 if Robinson and Vasquez had any composure

 

Would like to see cowell running around out there at this point.

Trusty in for Tessmann is interesting. Is he playing in midfield, or are we pushing another CB up?

 

Too be fair, a lot of those would have been fouls with better refs.

 

Tessmann grew into the game and wound up having a good match.

 

Exactly. From the angle the ball was shot and seeing where Ream's body was and from where the ball deflected, there is zero chance that it hit his shoulder. Again, we got a gift.

 

Looks like it's now a clear 4-man back line, with Trusty at LB and Jedi playing higher on the wing.

Game over. I am now looking forward to the 2nd leg. Considering the HORRIBLE field this group played mostly pretty well. I wonder if they can step it up and put Jamaica out of its misery quickly. Four or five goals would not really be asking too much I think.

 

Mission accomplished.

 

We are not winning match 2 by 4 or 5 goals.

 

Take that 1-0 road win in CONCACAF every time.
