http://www.teamtalk.com/teamtalk/Team_News/0,1562,2,00.html#523151 Played a couple glorious seasons with the New England Revolution. Know for being very tall.
Ian Feuer Looks promising http://www.soccerbase.com/footballlive/?MIval=players_details&playerid=2491 Altho this link talks about LA and Denver no NE. Was that before '91? Up the Arse Bob
http://www.intermark.com/Rapids/rp022499.html Here's some more info about Ian including his time with the Rev's, but sadly short in info from his glory days with the Los Angeles Salsa.
I actually thought of Ian soon after the Carini deal fell through. I really hope never to see Mr. Feuer in an Arsenal kit. He's not that good. I would prefer Taylor to Feuer.
I'm not sure Feuer is Arsenal-talented, but he could serve as a backup short-term for sure. Kept an awful New England club in more than a few matches in 98. I didn't get to see much of him in CO the following season, being still in NE and all.
From what I remember of him he's too tall to have the agility needed in the premiership or champion's league. Is he good enough to play a game or two? Yes, but hopefully not successively. Arsenal better keep looking if they sign him as a back-up. The transfer window re-opens in January.
