England didn't lose to Germany -- they got completely and utterly schooled by them Schooled. They took us so far into defeat that I passed the bit where I was bitter and sad about losing and just moved onto the apathy. Anyhoo... I do like Landon Donovan, I really do -- just never cheered for him at a game before.
Slight change of topic... anybody know of a good place to watch tonight's GC match in the plaza/brookside area? I have AT&T for cable and inexplicably, FSC is not available in HD. FSC+ is, but not FSC. I was told that the channel guide was out of date when I signed up, but of course, it was a sales job.... GRRRR

Just found out I might actually be able to make it to the opener and this game! I haven't been following the ticketing situation since I didn't think I was going, but could someone tell me if there is anywhere to still get 2 tickets close to face value?
Ya, I just figured out I had clicked on the wrong date when I originally looked and it told me they were all sold out. The TM fees are a lot crazier for this game than the opener though, I know it's probably been discussed but whats up with that?

I've got at four tickets in Section 130 (midfield, east stand) if any one wants em for face value ($65). The couple the wife and I were going with decided to not be a couple any more and I'd much rather be in the members stand for this one.
