The Sporting Goods Manufacturing Association at: http://www.sgma.com/reports/2002/report1023219431-18706.html lists the reports you want. You can get some of your answers from the free download. But you probably really need the executive summary print version $35 members. You may be able to get that price if you tell them your a student writing a paper. Good luck Dan
