I'm not sure what the backline was doing at the end. Disappointing result, but qualification is in the hands of the US.
I can't believe this feels like a loss...but it does. What a game. By the way, the fact that we scored 2 goals is HUGE for tie-breakers.
Michael Bradley is an idiot. Coming into the tournament he was by far our best player, now I'm sitting here hoping he is benched for our 3rd game.
I don't want to be mean and place blame, but Yedlin needed to keep possession in the corner and Bradley messed it up
Bradley made a mistake, but why did the team in general get so stretched that late in the game with the lead? Why go so high, whether it's Bradley or the backline?
Even coaches at the highest level fail to see the obvious and die by there decisions. Bradley was dead tire physically and mentally he gave the ball away 3 consecutive times and JK with a final sub in his back pocket. Great call to get Yedlin in but screwed it up not subbing Bradley out.
