given the circumstances, very good win. Thank goodness for wonder boy.

Still not happy with the back line. Is there any way we can trot Cannon on the right and Lima on the left.......please????

Good game by the boys! If I never see Zardes play for us again it will be too soon. Other than perhaps endurance, he is mediocre to below average on every dimension that matters.

Captain obvious says, "We need more players on the level of Pulisic and McKennie".

Best USA performance in a loooong time. The nervousness at 2-1 totally understandable given our program’s dark slide in last 5 years and the total lack of confidence that creates. The fact we held on and scored to make it comfortable is s real achievement.

Oh and Zardes...how on earth do you miss THAT badly on that chance. I love you bro but for ********s sake.

Good win, the delay didn't help things. Weston M and Pulisic are head and shoulders. Ream, Arriola, not good. Cannon was good, CBs were mostly okay. Altidore got it done, Zardes did not.

Really surprised how ineffective Airola was. He lost every one on one battle. If we have dudes like Zardes.on this team then we really have a talent deficiency!!

Pulisic and mckennie should be our best players. Tonight...that was the case. Head and shoulders better. Bodes well.

Man I know Weston young and gets moved around a lot and it causes some of his inconsistency but when he’s on he’s a freaking force. Physically, passes, range, headers, fire, switches, finishes. He can do it all. I wouldn’t be shocked if in a year or two he’s the next to be sold for north of 50mill.

McKennie with the reverse Ford’s Theater. You know the line, other than that how was the play Mrs. Lincoln?

WM had a stinker...except for the goal, the 2ndary assist to Morris, and the gift to Zardes.

Props to GGG for a subtle but important adjustment...MB and WM switched places often, and it worked. And he’s found a great role for Pulisic.

The backline and Steffen were fine. Really not alot to complain about. I mean I yelled at Tim Ream a couple three times, but it may be bias on my part. Like what Cannon brought a bit.

Bradley was pretty darn good. Haters gonna hate still. I prefer he not be a starter but he was looking a little circa 2015 there.

McKennie while not as influential as you'd like was probably the best player out there. He has IT

Arriola is what he thought he was.

Morris ...appreciate the help on the 2nd goal. Beyomd theat nope cannot play this role. Boyd please.

Jozy is just better than Jar Jar full stop.

Speaking of Jar Jar somebody GIF Bradley hands on head after that miss. Classic JAr Jar.

Roldan was ok. I kinda think that position, tucked in RW could work for him. Today meh but well see.

Lovitz is still a aging comedian.

Pulisic...Words not coming really. The best.

You mean the one where he shoots it directly at the GK and Blake does a poor job punching it away.

Glad to see that they there was some progress from the beginning of the tournament until today. Obviously, we still have many holes, and I just hope that regardless of the outcome in the final the U20 kids can quickly find their places on 1st teams so they can be considered for callups.
