Is there one downtown (i.e. River North)?
    (If yes, Where?)
(If no, Why the hell not and what places might be up for it?)

Fado doesn't typically open until 11:30AM CST.

I think I'll call them today and post the results of that call here.

    Re: Come watch at Gingers!

Inasmuch as Ginger's is advertising on their website that they will be showing the Liverpool-Middlesbrough match at 6:30 am on Saturday, I suspect that they will be open somewhat earlier than 11:00 am.

(it's the kitchen that opens at 11:00.)

FADO will be open starting at between 8:30 and 9:00 am for EPL so the U.S. game will be on there at 11:00 for you downtown types.

"We need to give them(un weapons inspectors) more time to do their job instead of trying to go to war to get the oil. also one more thing liberman for president in 2004"-caller from oklahoma on CSPAN
PLEASE BOMB OKLAHOMA INTO THE GROUND

    What's with that sig?

I'm a big free speech guy, but references to "bombing" and "Oklahoma" are in pretty bad taste.

Being an Oklahoman who had to sing mass at a bombed out church across the street from the Murrah Federal Bldg, I'd say "bad taste" is an understatement.

Ummm... typo on the location of Ginger's Ale House...

address is 3801 N Ashland... corner of Ashland and Grace (a couple of blocks north of Addison)...

...FYI, most Okies would not agree with the gentleman you heard on CSPAN. I don't think you have to worry anytime soon about Oklahomans becoming fans of UN-style pacifism or big time supporters of Liebermann.

    It's more likely the opposite.
