As of today (August 30, 2014) the US Virgin Islands is fourth from last in the FIFA rankings. Their U-17 Men's Team just lost to Jamaica. But they are participating in a FIFA training program in the Caribbean and hope to improve. They're also making a big deal out of beach soccer.
