I'm hoping for a US win, but I think it will end up 2-2.

The matchtracker link on the bottom right at US Soccer is active now..
I wonder if the line-ups are there yet?

Not yet, as far as I can see. Either BB is panicking over the decision, or he is pulling a fast brucey over El Tri;)

Matchtracker just came up and has it there. Pretty much what everyone's been expecting. I wouldn't be surprised to see Donovan playing "in the hole" in this formation.

ESPN is REALLY hyping the game during breaks and even during the ILL N'Western game. The announcers are sitting there talking about how they like soccer and they get pumped up for it.

    Amazing.

Well, Rolfe and Donovan as forwards? ugh.
Donovan is so much better at attacking mid. And Rolfe is just pushed around far too easily. Donovan, if he is to play forward, needs a stronger, taller player to work off. Cooper for example. ...crud :(

It will be very interesting to see how Bornstein can hold up against the Mexican flanking attack tonight

    Both Bornstein and Albright.

  18. ESPN still hates soccer because they don't show midweek EPL games. ;)

Yes. Although I "think" I have an idea how Albright will do. I have no sense of what to expect from Bornstein in this his first "big" stage.

  21. See I told you, the hate soccer.

I think it's rather obvious Mexico will try to use the flanks a bit more than usual..

Big change in Mexico lineup. No Nery Castillo. Morales is starting instead. Torrado is also starting.
