Didn't see it (but then who did? ) but it sounded like a romp, although the Bruce called the first half play "sloppy." OK, so a sloppy half where you go up 3-0 is what I'll take from the nats! Anyway, Ralston came in at 46' (I think) and netted the fourth goal at 61', his first international! Twellman came in for Mathis at 68' and that is all the MLSnet report had on him. There was however, this nice quote from Arena on the play of Steve Ralston: “Steve is a good player. He had a real good camp this week. We had five injuries this week, and he was one of them. I’ve been very impressed with him over the last two weeks. He’s a quality player, and I think we need to give him a stronger look than we have in the past.”
