I thought of another positive. Klejstan and Clark are suspended. Beasley's idiotic play gets him left out. This leaves a place open for Adu or Torres.

    ......................Altidore
    .....Donovan.....Feilhaber.....Dempsey
    .................Torres...Bradley
    Bornstein..Demerit...Gooch....Spector
    .....................Timmy

Here's hoping for a decent final game.

Im sorry but this is a loser's mentality. This is an official sanctioned tournament by fifa not some glorified friendlies.
Spain, Italy, Brazil, Egypt are all taking this tourny seriously and you can tell by the way they play.

I am now thinking we should just start the game with 10 guys on the field so we can make sure we "keep our shape" throughout the game. Then, when the first red card gets called we can just immediately sub in some fresh legs! The red card will actually be a good thing!

Clark will be available. His suspension was only one game.

Bob Bradley: "Coaches don't think about those things."

Yeah just look at Egypt, don't fit in either of your two categories. Brazil is not some unstoppable juggernaut, they almost got owned by Ghana playing some great football in the WC.

By the way, anyone who thinks Sasha's foul SHOULDN'T HAVE BEEN a direct red card are as delusional as those who felt Rico's foul SHOULD HAVE BEEN a direct red card.

I keep seeing this, how would it be a disaster. Given the pool of players that we have are we winning matches now that we would not win without Bob at the helm? Is Bob getting solid performances out of the team in non CONCACAF competition?

We were literally embarrassing today, that is just not my perspective that was also the British commentator who was very neutral on all the coverage. Not very many people expected us to win this match, but we should look like we belong on the same field.

I keep seeing thatit would be some sort of disaster if we got rid of Bob, I just don't see how.

    Charlie Davies
    Freddy Adu
    Paco "El Gringo" Torres

None of them even saw a minute. Enough said.

I dont' think you can say this tournament was to tinker. To me, it was to see what Bob has done with his A-team in 3 years. The truth is that I gave a pass on the Gold Cup because he was still new. But this is ridiculous, 3 years and we know this is the lineup he prefers, plus Ching. We know the players he likes, Sacha, Beasley, and Benny. Where did he tinker?

Without Adu, we are not geting even a point. Give people a chance. Dempsey and Landon 'American Pele" Donavan will not play forever. Any wise coach will always try fresh blood, if only for the purpose of building some confidence.

That comment by BB should be on YouTube in 4...3...2..

I bet he DOESN'T play Adu against Egypt...leave no chances he scores or sets up a score.
