Sound off if your going. I don't believe this one is pay per view but I would much rather watch with a soccer knowledgeable crowd rather than by myself or with (insert girlfriend or roommate) in the comfort of my own home. But I don't want to go if there is only like 10-15 show up. It's in our best interests to keep things like this going. So do your best to support our clubs efforts. Anyone for a kickaround beforehand? The World Cup watch parties were great and the last US v Canada wasn't to the same level but still better than sitting at home with no one to b!tch to about a player or to discuss build up and tactics. Plus with two Wizards on the squad it adds interest. I'm thinking we'll see more time for Garcia in this one as he pretty much snuffed out his man last game (even though it was already 4-0). Kleiny should be running the right mid again as well. This should be a great test of our youth against Argentina's youth/B team.
Between you and I we're going to wrack up a lot of miles going to Wiz games this year. Its 3 hours 15 minutes from my place to Arrowhead nonstop. Wichita is what, 2 and a half hours? I think I should get free season tickets for that dedication.
I am going to try and go. I will ask some of my buds from my team if they wanna go. I think it would be great to have a little pickup game going before the game too.
Usually, from what I've observed it's kinda already established. Seem like its the Left Front of the seating area; starting a few rows back from the first row. It's best over there anyway as there is no/not as much glare/washout from the windows and doors. Plus a second good sized bigscreen is right there for second look if everyone is standing during replays or if you've turned to talk to your bud for a moment you can always see what going on.
