Al Colone, who was executive director of the National Soccer Hall of Fame from 1979 to 1997, died in April 13 in Oneonta, N.Y.
Spoke with him many times over the years and while he could never see my particular vision, he was always very gracious enough to lend his time without complaint to listen.
