Yeah, I know few things can top 2002, but even so, we all expected a better year than was had for US Soccer in 2003. The WUSA folding, dissapointments in France and the Gold Cup, the USA Women coming in third. Even the supposed positives in MLS with Chivas USA and expansion now have an air of uncertanity to them. Was 2003 a dissapointment for US soccer?
