There is a good chance the kickoff time, 9:00 p.m. Central, is a typo. The pitch is full sized field turf.

My guess would be Sports Athletic Club Wisla of Chicago. Probably started by ex-patriot Polish folks from Wisla.

    Good lord, let's hope it's a type

I355 doesn't service the southern burbs, it stops well north of Joliet. I'd suggest just head for 290 and then follow the rest of the directions.

The 9:00PM time is NOT a typo!!!
The game is scheduled to start at that time due to some other teams having the pitch until that time. The Pitch is field turf, but is of a decent size. The Reserves trained on the pitch Wednesday Night and scrimmaged against the Chicago Soccers. The fast pitch will serve the Reserves speed well. The Reserves have a league match against Sioux Falls at Eisenhower High School in Blue Island. They are 5-0 with 23 goals scored and none against. This is notable as the Reserves played 5 games at 5 different locations in 3 states in 8 days. Reserve Goalkeeper Brad Guzman is the PDL player of the week.

Wisla is a strong Polish side who have lots of tradition and success. Their club is decorated, quite literally, with wall to wall silverware. Any visitor at the club will likely be given a tour of Wisla history which goes back almost 80 years. They are not to be taken lightly, and they will bring a good crowd of rabid fans. Wisla do not have a match this weekend, as Chicago's National League is on a break for the Memorial Day Holiday. They train at the Forest Preserve on Lawrence and River Road.

I doubt they're "from" Wisla. Wisla is the river that runs through Poland. (In English it's called the Vistula.) :)

And my friend's dad used to play for their Over 30s.

Did you call Tony D. or anyone else from Odeum?
They have been keeping upstairs bar closed and working concessions downstairs with no TV.
