The "Joint SE/LN Roadtrip Task Force" is currently negotiating an _extremely_ cut-rate deal with a hotel on South Beach, so we will be offering a package that includes hotel and tickets. The price is so low that if you double up in a room, the price for your ticket AND one night of hotel _in SB_ will be around or under $50. However, we couldn't get a reasonable group rate on airfare with everyone on one flight. This, combined with the miserable transportation issues involved in moving everyone around Miami, means that it makes no sense for us to offer airfare. The package will thus be hotel and ticket only, so if you want to go get your airline tickets now. The flights from all three area airports are running around $160-170 on American, which requires two weeks advance purchase - thus, you should get your tickets within the next 2 weeks if you want to go.
