Yes I read about this in the newspaper. He's going on loan for like $120,000. That's A LOT of money for an Uruguayan team. Us(Peñarol) didn't bring in a right defender, which is a primary need, because it couldn't pay a transfer fee of $90,000 to BUY a premier player. I haven't heard anything at all about Sebastian Vazquez.
