If there's anything more ridiculous than a reality show about models, it would have to be a reality show about model wannabes.

I can't get enough of people who are full of themselves getting knocked back down to earth, so I figured I'd give this show a try. Sadly, these bims don't really get bashed quite like they should, since the producers are obviously stringing a couple of the real nutcases along for maximum conflict in upcoming episodes.

Thankfully the show is shot in NYC, so it's a bit more realistic with the industry stuff than if it were done in faux-fab L.A...but the controversy and infighting better pick-up next week, or that show'll bomb twice as hard as it probably did tonite ratings-wise.

The highlight for me was when one of the scarier delusionals stated that she "has ALWAYS wanted to pose for Stuff Magazine". Quite a feat, as the mag's only been around for just over 2 years.

Strange - I have "Whining Pre-Teen Anorexic Bitches" on my TiVo wish list keyword search, and it didn't record this. I suppose I have to use the Season Pass feature...

That's funny you posted that, as the only reason I even knew it was on was because my TiVo chose it for me, I guess based on my previous inexplicable choices of bad reality shows.

One of my friends had to hear my rant about the premise of this show. I flicked by it when they were walking down the runway. Man, they are so freakin' unlikeable. They annoyed the living piss out of me without even saying a word. And to make matters worse... they're not, well, jaw-dropping. Especially if you're in New York where guess what, there are loads of hot girls anyway.

Annoying. That's the only thing that described the 1 minute and twenty seconds I spent watching the show. I hope the show bombs. As if there aren't enoug hreality TV shows, which of course are little more than shows for attention deprived self-indulgent image starved wannabe celebrities.
