Yeah...me too. Those chase scenes when Hopalong Cassidy chased down those bad guys were really something!
Tomatoes, and all the food they are in, including tomato paste, tomato powder, etc., are evil. So is everything with gluten in it. Oh, crustaceans too.
That is a great chase. This is my fave, District B13: Note, I saw the above the day after I started watching The Last Detective, which gave us the following on-foot chase scene. (Skip to 1:27 mark.) Quite the juxtaposition.
Took 12 yr old daughter along to dinner to celebrate both son's 16th birthday. She ordered frog's legs!
Sure. Take her to see them being made at the factory, then get back to us. Having done so myself while in school, I reiterate: Hot dogs are trash.
I don't know if its an unpopular opinion but if you can't stomach watching how something is made, you shouldn't be eating it.
My mom, in her late 70's had her 2nd hip done while under a regional anesthetic and watched the whole procedure. My brother, a Dr, was present and was astounded!
My dad was an orthopedic surgeon and for a minute during my youth I thought that could also be my career choice, so I asked him about it. He said "hey that would be great, why don't you come into the operating theather for my next surgery to get a feel for it". Well I did, and I lasted about 5 minutes before I had to gtfo. It was like woodwork but on people, with saws, hammers, drills, etc So I became an engineer
I've seen a lot of lists that name the tank chase, but I was never into it that much. I'm a fan of those chase scenes in the 1970s and 1980s, and early 1990s that were faster but pre-CGI. Or involved more driving skill. Personally, one of my favorite was the first chase scene in Ronin. Has some rough editing, but still a lot of fun. One of my favorite chase scenes, ever, is the final scene in Blue Thunder. Yeah, not cars, but a lot of fun.
