I don't know how I fell about the 4-6-0 lineup, but I'm excited to see us play again anyway

Probably Reyna in the center and Musah out right in reality?

I meant Reyna in the CAM slot, not the false 9.

I don't know about Lletget necessarily in the spot, but with all our talent in midfield and very pedestrian strikers, at least trying out a false 9 makes at least some sense. Reyna is a much more natural fit I'd think but I'm going to expect there to be a lot of interchanging up top with Gio going at goal.

This is stupid. Excited to see the boys but Berhalter's capacity to outthink things is endless.

A true fan of Guardiola, over thinking things when not needed. I guess Nic/Soto/Weah did not impress enough in training?

Maybe it works?! But it feels great to see the USMNT again!

It makes no sense at all. We need simplicity and cohesion for this squad and in general we need to start building familiarity and consistency, the constant tinkering is ridiculous. If this is just a lack of options up front than Berhalter got the roster wrong leaving AJ off. If this false 9 BS is an actual gamelan or strategy moving forward, then that is even worse than inverted fullback Adams tinkering.

Why not go out with a true striker? You have Soto, Sargent and Gioachinni instead of going with Lletget. Seriously, we need a damn coach who won't over think things. Have GGG be a recruiter instead, he is good at that.

I'm not at all sure you're wrong, but with the anthems about to start I'm willing to kick back, watch and see how things play out. I suspect it is silliness, but I can wait a couple hours to make my decision at this point.

Looking at who Wales brought and is rolling out, we should beat this team on talent alone. We don't and questions will understandably be asked.
