So, for a USA home friendly match... It will probably have an away game feel to it since it's in Texas... And I will have to watch in Spanish, because U-Verse apparently sucks...

I think thats the worst lineup he's ever put out there, considering who he could have played. That lineup probably would've made me mad earlier in the cycle, but that lineup is so Klinsmann.

Does Klinsmann actually watch Alvarado play or is he now part of the team because he's gotten games in recent months for Club America? When did Club America turn into Barcelona? Playing for Club America should not automatically qualify you for a place on the National Team. Alvarado's been mediocre/average for Club America, in fact they are already starting to look for a new CB.
Alvarado starts, Besler on the bench. Morris starts, Agudelo on the bench. Corona starts, Nguyen on the bench. Garza starts, Shea on the bench. Pure comedy. Also looks like we're really giving the Mexican-Americans a chance to make their mark. It's a battle for hearts and minds, people. Hearts and minds.
When I was in Athens in October, I was watching TV at my hotel and they had like Greek subtitles for a British dart tournament, the guy was screaming "Oh no he's misplacing his darts today" (in a British accent), random but as you said the crowd was going fricken bonkers!
I originally was excited about this game since its a rivalry, but I'm at the point where I can't even root for us in this game because I know that a loss gets us closer to Klinsmann getting fired, and that really is what will help turn around this team. That lineup is just way too overboard crazy. That has swayed me from hoping we win this game to hoping we lose.
I have never, ever been this pessimistic going into a US-Mexico match. Im not sure what sensation Ill feel if we come out of this with a win. This is the inject cocaine in your eyeball lineup
