And their least expensive player is more valuable than our most expensive player.

Losing 3-0 and I don’t think our keeper has a real save. Frustrating how efficient France has been and how inefficient we have been.

Well, here is hoping we don’t end up in the running for the tournament’s bottom teams.
We have seen some really lovely play from this team though and as other have said hit woodwork twice and pulled some good saves.

smack the other two teams good and hard and advance.

Man what the hell happened to our goalkeeper pipeline. It’s a crisis.

It was, this is a conmebol ref, as we learned the past month, Conmebol is just the Master Pai Mei of dip---- reffing to concacrap's dip----, corrupt, incompetent reffing.

Gérald approached Thierry and said something to him, the coach assented. Maybe "if you want that job, we better tell them to stop here."

Watching that first goal again, I don't understand how Schulte had such a late reaction to the shot.

So many close chances. This scoreline really flatters France

    I didn't say he doesn't. I'm just saying it's a consensus.

And the point is that if we had scored first, they'd have come at us earlier. I don't see any scenario where we could have won this one.

The New Zealand game is the vital one for us.

FWIW, the Spanish commentary was very surprised the last goal was not called back. I did see hands up by a French player.

Will ALL men’s’ Olympic soccer games be reffed by Conmebol or did the US coincidentally (or maybe not coincidentally?) draw a Conmebol ref for this game?
