Good defensive security, but passing has been too slow for my liking, and the fb's should be more aggressive.

 

Tyler Adams looks really good. I'm trying to make more of that than how Ream, Zardes etc. look.

 

Our best player who is a CM looks lost at right back... go figure.

 

Team Ream! Excellent record with the usmnt speaks for itself. In his first match he was beaten late in the box for a goal. What stood out wasn't just his lack of physical marking or tenacity it was his lack of realization that he would get turned by the striker. It was obvious. Still the same guy.

 

We have a 1/2 field game on attack... How do two speed players (Morris, Zardes) contribute at forward? ans - not much so far

 

By the way, we better win this game. For the first time I’m watching a USMNT as a father along with my 1-month old son. First impressions matter!

Honestly replace Arriola with your winger of choice and US would be unlucky to only be up 1-0. Dude has pace but his final ball is ALWAYS off target -- service or shot.
