Exactly. Beat up on the lesser teams early, and those games against the upper-level teams later in the cycle don't mean as much. It's like why I busted my rear end all semester when I was in school. Most times, I could get a C or D on the final and still ace the class. It's a hell of a lot easier to work through the end of the semester when you don't have to crush the final.
