I hope they do something on opening day for him that could be broadcast on ABC at halftime. It would work out great. Everyone in the nation tunes in to see the future and they see a little bit of the past.

On to more happy news..."D.C.'s first exhibition will be Feb. 11 against the national team in Bradenton, Fla."

    19 days and counting.

Wonder on which team and at what position will Bobbito play?

Hopefully neither, hopefully he'll be in Mexico resting before the qualifying tournament championship game.

"Talks with former star John Harkes about becoming an assistant coach in charge of United's youth program will take place today or Monday"

    Interesting. No objections here.

As for Etcheverry, I think something should be done at the halftime show in the opening game as well next season, along with a nice testimonial.
