Re: Kristi Wagner: Season Ticket Rep, Good as Gold Last season, when Manchester United came to the Link I purchased ten seats, lower level, front row of a corner section within the first hour of the pre-sale. One week before the match I get an email from Ticket Master saying to call customer service regarding my seats. They inform me that the seats I purchased have been resold to other people and I could opt to be relocated or receive a full refund within two to three weeks. They offered to relocate my seats to the last rows of the upper level. Not to happy I called the FO...they informed me that it wasn't a Union transaction but an Eagle/Man United decision to re-sell the seats at a higher price. I called the Philly Eagles people...after explaining to them that this wasn't just a "soccer" game (United fan since I was 14)...then having my wife re-call everyone cause I wasn't speaking to anyone nicely..they informed me it was within the rights of Ticket Master to cancel, and re-sell tickets for any price at anytime (inside their purchase agreement). Dejected...I called the FO. Kristi took my call, listened to my story, and took the info directly to Nick. She called me back and told me that it was being addressed by the team management. Two days later Fed-Ex arrived with 10 tickets, second row on the 47 yard line, and two passes to the Manchester United training session the night before. The wife and I sent the FO the biggest Mrs. Fields Cookie Gift Basket we could find.
Re: Kristi Wagner: Season Ticket Rep, Good as Gold One more reason I LOVE the Union and HATE Ticket Master
3rded. I've never had to wait a long time at all for any questions to be answered, and if he couldn't answer, he made sure i got in touch with someone who could. Of course i haven't had any issues - but that doesn't mean he wouldn't help there either. That's the kind of thing that a normal FO wouldn't do, that ours seems to do a lot of. There can always be "improvements", but they really do seem to go all out for the fans. I also enjoy talking to the different reps on game day where they are at the Draw for the scarves etc. The last game, the rep even remembered me from the Dark Horse and the Houston game - oops? Another cool thing they do is organising all the "meet and greets". Aimee Cicero handled it when Shea came to CYSC last year, and was very professional with everythig. Great group of people.
Re: Kristi Wagner: Season Ticket Rep, Good as Gold Ryan Kirby is A+! This is the second year he's had to deal with me and he's always top notch. Fast responses. Answers to all of my annoying questions. That man deserves a snuggie!
Gotta give a shout out my rep Greg Imming, who just like others who have been mentioned here is a RockStar rep. Always listens to your concerns and is quick to get things handled. Union front office seems to be a class act top to bottom.
Re: Kristi Wagner: Season Ticket Rep, Good as Gold I guess you also got the email today that Ryan is quitting. Kinda bummed.
Yeah My Guy is Alan. He's the man always responds to my email, I sent him one Because the top 100 fans get a comp room at Harrah's Atlantic City. Well I work the Front Desk at Harrah's Atlantic City Casino and I sent him a messgae that I could get my employers in trouble with the NJCCC (casino controll commision) if I were able to recieve such benifit. He Sends me a message saying that If I were to recieve such award they would switch it to something just as nice but not tied with my casino hotel. Which reminds me when the time comes anyone who wins set bonus shoot me a PM so I can Block you guys into nice rooms dont want you guys in a shitty room.
Re: Kristi Wagner: Season Ticket Rep, Good as Gold I got that email as well. Disappointed in the news.
Re: Kristi Wagner: Season Ticket Rep, Good as Gold Sorry about the crazy thread bump. Don't know exactly what happened but seems there were some issues of duplicate tickets sold for the game last night. Seems like the seats I bought for the game last night, well two of three anyway, were held by someone else. (137, Row K 1-3.) They showed up right as the match started, and within a few minutes the usher was up trying to sort it out. The guys who held the seats were awesome too. Didn't know about it until (I guess) the usher tried to get them to move off the railing/aisle. All of us just wanted to watch the game. So I eventually got sent to the other end of the stadium to the ticket office. I was expecting the worst at this point. Got down there and let them know what had happened. After a little checking (my old rep) Mark Evans sorted things out, Took my tickets (told me he'd go check with the actual season ticket holders) and hooked me up with three Field Level seats in front of the TRE. Which was totally unexpected and awesome. I was thrilled that my issue was resolved within 5-10 minutes of me getting to the ticket office. Got back to the field around the 20:00 mark. Shame I missed the first two goals, DOOPing included but oh well. So again, thanks to Mark for sorting things out so quickly. Anyone else have any issues last night? Seemed like the security guy ahead of me at the office was dealing with the same sort of issue.
Re: Kristi Wagner: Season Ticket Rep, Good as Gold Haha yeah dude, I'm that usher. Glad to hear your issue was resolved in a quick manner.
Definitely a big shout out to my ticket rep Alex Carrington. Made my season purchase ticket a sinch and even hooked me up a little. Awesome guy, quick responses and FIFA 12 fan!
Yes! Very awesome guy. Very helpful. Got me to buy season tickets from him for next season. Best decision ever.
Has an awesome rep for the first two seasons, he left the company, sent out a nice e-mail and helped me greatly. Have a new rep and honestly name will be left out because he is zero help. Had an issue at the end of the season with the loyalty points and how I was never contacted to fulfill what I earned, zero help and in other words told me to pay better attention next year. I know there are great ones, just unfort. there are the not so greats.
