Which permanent member of the UN Security Council (conspicuously not named in comments by Colin Powell yesterday) is already saying NO to the latest British proposal to Iraq without so much as looking at the Brits' proposal? Any guesses? They rhyme with "stench." C'mon, it's not that hard.
