The second biggest thing that grinds on my nerves is when people reply, or start threads, with "actually". I get this image of a snot nosed kid pushing up his glasses and saying in a whiney voice "Actually...."

If you're going to proove someone wrong, don't do it by starting your diatribe with "Actually". Find a better way.
