i'll admit, there are Brasil and Argentina, and these days, the rest are fighting to be next. some are fighting harder then others, but there is no doubt that a team like bolivia *no offence to anyone from bolivia* is still outclassed from a team like Paraguay. i think South America has only 2 tiers these days, it looks like this

First tier:
Brasil
Argentina

Second Tier *in order in my opinion of who is fighting harder to make a third tier*
Paraguay
Ecuador or Colombia
Uruguay
Peru
Chile
Venezuela
Bolivia

Maybe there will be slight variations depending who you ask.
What do you guys think???

Hmm finally somebody making sense... and look, its an ecuadorian! I guess nothing can really stop human evolution.

Anyways yeah, its brazil and argentina and the rest are pretty much even. Not too long ago there was a third tier which included venezuela, bolivia and ecuador, but everything is evening out as time goes by.
