So, given we have the funny money system nowadays we could give the Russians an uppercut by selling alot of vault gold.
What should we eat for dinner tonight? I’ll take the pro-pizza side of the debate, and you argue for cold diarrhea soup. Pizza tastes good, has more nutritional value, and is less likely to give you a gastrointestinal illness. Now, you give the pro cold diarrhea soup side.
I kept thinking, spike it like it’s a damn football and you just won the Super Bowl! Spike it, spike it!
I'm going to add the vid below from the Danish parliament .and discussions about circus elephants purchased to save them, which no doubt would seem irrelevant to you, because you have vastly more urgent and serious financial problems at hand that you can not agree on. The speaker is the present Danish Social Democrat Prime Minister, and she address the fact that the ultra right wing (blue tie) do not like Islam (the camel named Ali);while the left wing (red tie) and herself made a silly mistake. In Denmark everything is the opposite of US politics, so a blue tie = right wing, a red tie = left wing and no tie = the "ultra" left wing, though they are not in any way militant or violent and do not support the Russian invasion of Ukraine, just as the Danish "far right" agree with Russia being the absolute enemy that has to be defeated at all cost.
So Sweden announced a new 445 million package to Ukraine The government today presents a new military support package to Ukraine worth approx. 445 million USD. We continue to go from donation to the production of arms to Ukraine. With Sweden’s strong defence industrial base we are well equipped to undertake this transformation. (1/10) pic.twitter.com/2jXqvZMB1S— Pål Jonson (@PlJonson) September 9, 2024 Some good stuff in there but this is interesting In this package, conditions are created to make a decision on a possible donation of JAS Gripen at a later stage. Material units of Gripen C/D will be. procured for approx. 222Mil USD. (7/10) A future descion depends on the ability to maintain Swedish security and Ukraine's ability to receive it. A donation of Gripen would also require cooperation with several countries. (8/10) So clearly Gripen will be donated https://www.regeringen.se/pressmedd...odpaket-som-starker-ukrainas-forsvarsformaga/ This is the Swedish announcement to be sure there isn't a translation mistake. 200+ million euro preparation for something that might happen? No. So Gripen will be donated 100%
And I liked even better the video that came on after the elephants where the SD member ripped to pieces the Fox News airhead.
Didn't you post over in the Israel-Hamas thread that this guy has been posting about having mental health challenges? If so, why interact with him?
Well, the main point is that all members of the Danish parliament are average citizen and not rich or are in the pocket of the rich, and have have a healthy sense of humor and they are not faced with a huge financial deficit.
I wonder why Ukraine needs parts for Saab JAS 39 Gripen multi-role fighters? https://t.co/WCSMswUisF pic.twitter.com/nqiaUmsaMH— OSINT (Uri Kikaski) 🇺🇸 🇨🇦 🇬🇧 🇺🇦 🇮🇱 (@UKikaski) September 9, 2024
Being respectful to your political opponent is something we believe in and embrace, but obviously is no longer something the US media or rich elite and hand-puppet politicians believe in or respect.
Authorities in the Kursk Oblast administration wanted to encourage locals to volunteer for the local Home Guard and used a brilliant photo of a Russian soldier holding a child in a recruitment poster. All well and good. Until it was pointed out to them that the soldier is Ukrainian, which could be seen very clearly from the camouflage pattern on the soldier's uniform. "Could be seen" if those bureaucrats had taken any interest.
Fair enough. The source is NOELreports, who aggregates and translates OSINT, miliblogger, voenkor, newspaper and magazine reports. He's considered to be especially reliable, with stuff he posts as fact independently reported a few days later or even that evening on BBC, France24, etc. and I've seen his posts included in the substacks or Twitter feeds from people-who-do-this-for-a-living like Phillips O'Brien, Sam Freeman, etc. Similar to a poster's take on a particular player on BigSoccer site sometimes shows up in a for-profit media outlet. As for this particular story Authorities in Kursk mistakenly used an image of a Ukrainian soldier holding a child in a recruitment ad for Russian contract military service. The city's mayor, Igor Kutsak, indirectly confirmed the error and reprimanded Dmitry Kazimirik, head of the Committee on Architecture… pic.twitter.com/29hlLQuEtN— NOELREPORTS 🇪🇺 🇺🇦 (@NOELreports) September 9, 2024 And here's the original photo, taken at the Irpin bridge, which was very widely published in March-April 2022. You've probably seen it yourselves. The pixel camouflage pattern and colours are distinctively Ukrainian. Few Russian units in the 2022 invasion force wore pixelated camouflage. The ones that did had a different pattern and darker, greener colours
