Say what you will about him, but Dana White's no fool.

Put Fedor on PPV? Okay, how about Anderson Silva moving up in weight on Basic Cable at the same time? Still think that outlay for the PPV is worth it?

    LIVE MATCHES
    * Anderson Silva vs. James Irvin
    * Brandon Vera vs. Reese Andy
    * Frankie Edgar vs. Hermes Franca
    * Jake O'Brien vs. Cain Velasquez
    * Kevin Burns vs. Anthony Johnson
    * C.B. Dollaway vs. Jesse Taylor

    TAPED MATCHES
    * Tim Credeur vs. Cale Yarbrough
    * Brodie Farber vs. Rory Markham
    * Brad Blackburn vs. James Giboo
    * Nate Loughran vs. Johnny Rees
    * Shannon Gugerty vs. Dale Hartt

-- Anderson Silva challenging for the Light Heavyweight Title at some point would be a money match. I'm gonna guess that Rampage's rematch is off for a bit, given today's events. The winner of Chuck Liddell/Rashad Evans will probably be first in line, though.

-- Frankie Edgar vs. Hermes Franca could be a show stealer. Both guys can go.

-- UFC is looking at Cain Velasquez as a possible star at heavyweight. Let's see how he fares when the lights are on bright and everybody's watching.

-- Will Jesse Taylor show up shitfaced?

-- I hope Tim Credeur can fight his way into a UFC contract. I think he's got something.

So I ask you, sports fans: Are you watching this, getting the Affliction PPV, or both?

Me, I'll probably stick to this.

(Though I can really see myself breaking down and getting the Affliction PPV at the last second whilst recording the UFC Fight Night. :D)

I'll definitely be watching this over Affliction.

I'm more interested in these fighters and I'm damping down my PPV purchases to ones I'm really excited about.

I've been reading a bunch about Cain and I want to see if he's as impressive as people are saying.

I did read that Spider won't be staying at light heavy even if he wins the fight.

CB/Taylor should be interesting as it's the fight that was expected to be the finale of TUF.

I've always liked Vera's talent and now that he's dropped to light heavy it will be interesting to see how he performs.
