I'm back from the World Cup and I'm ready for this show!

    LIVE MATCHES
    * Champion Brock Lesnar vs. Interim Champion Shane Carwin (Heavyweight Title Unification)
    * Yoshihiro Akiyama vs. Chris Leben
    * Matt Brown vs. Chris Lytle
    * Stephan Bonnar vs. Krzysztof Soszynski
    * Kurt Pellegrino vs. George Sotiropoulos

    SPIKE TV MATCHES
    * Brendan Schaub vs. Chris Tuchscherer
    * Seth Petruzelli vs. Ricardo Romero

    DARK MATCHES
    * Kendall Grove vs. Goran Reljic
    * Dave Branch vs. Gerald Harris
    * Forrest Petz vs. Daniel Roberts
    * Jon Madsen vs. Karlos Vemola

-- Main event aside, the whole show looks pretty good. I like Brown and Sotiropoulos.
-- I'm not sure if I can call the main. Carwin might be the one guy Lesnar can't bully around. OTOH, it's Brock Lesnar.

Much respect for Leben, that dude is mental. Can't wait for Leben vs Wanderlei.

And what a come back from Brock! The only thing better than a lesnar submission win is reading all the haters crying up excuses for Carwin. Bring on Cain!

imho I thought Carwin was the only person that had the ability to beat Brock. Much respect to Brock, because he withstood the storm in the first round. I believe that might have tired Carwin out. Brock's cornermen made a similar statement & advised Brock to take out Carwin. Brock followed the instructions & maybe Carwin was a bit gassed. It was the first time he fought past the first round. He got mounted pretty easily, but I would probably get mounted by Brock w/in seconds too  Once Brock was in the mount, this fight was a done deal.

Oh, Carwin definitely punched himself out. He very nearly got the win doing so, but all credit to Brock for weathering the storm.

Also, Leben and Akiyama both did themselves huge favors in their fight.

Great show overall, best PPV in a while.
