Most fighters know better than to piss off BJ. He fights better when provoked.

More scared than friendly if you ask me.

BJ was definitely baiting him but Diego Sanchez decided to pass on the smack talk.

    UFC 107: Penn vs. Sanchez :: 12/12 :: Memphis

    LIVE FIGHTS
    * Lightweight Championship Fight: B.J. Penn (c) vs. Diego Sanchez
    * Cheick Kongo vs. Frank Mir
    * Jon Fitch vs. Mike Pierce
    * Kenny Florian vs. Clay Guida
    * Paul Buentello vs. Stefan Struve

    TAPED FIGHTS
    * Alan Belcher vs. Wilson Gouveia
    * Shane Nelson vs. Matt Wiman
    * Ricardo Funch vs. Johny Hendricks
    * Lucio Linhares vs. Rousimar Palhares
    * Edgar Garcia vs. DaMarques Johnson
    * Kevin Burns vs. T.J. Grant

-- Fun little main card here. Both Penn and Sanchez are some of the best reasons to watch UFC. Nobody at 155 is seeing a motivated Penn, though. Penn by submission in round four.

-- Mir should be able to withstand Kongo's onslaught and get a submission in round three.

-- Florian/Guida will be fun. Can't really call this one.

-- Paul Buentello's back? I remember how his attempts to get over with the crowd when building for his title fight with Arlovski went over as well as a fart in Church. "Aw come on guys, that's my catchphrase!" Big guy, not much talent.

Bro, both always talk smack. The difference is that BJ will bring it. The Nightmare will experience a real nightmare now:eek:

BJ is going to knock Sanchez out...late first, early second.

Kongo is going to destroy Mir.

KenFlo is going to make Guida bleed more than he usually does....

I want to see Kimbo v. Kongo.

This is actually a solid card. MUCH better than the Ortiz/Griffin crap a few weeks back. I'm usually a sucker for any card, but that was the first UFC fight I didn't buy in a long time. Anyhow, I agree with your predictions.

Struve is ridiculously tall and I don't see Buentello catching him with any punches. That would be Paul's best chance since he can crack. In the end I see a submission by Struve.

I think Guida/Florian will likely be the F.O.T.N. I am going to pick Guida in this one. I know Florian is more precise with his attacks and bjj, but I think Guida is gonna catch him on the stand up and finsh with some G n' P.

Mir will likely break off Congo's forearm and beat him with it.

Penn probably dominates his weight class better than anyone. Even more than Silva and Fedor. Big words I know, but that's how great he is. I don't expect a easy fight for Penn at all, but I DO expect a victory for him in the end. I say his boxing will be the deciding factor. The jab and footwork of Penn is off the charts.

Funny that you mentioned this. Mir said to the cameras that he wants a limb of Congo for his trophy case:D Mir still needs to watch out for the gnp of Congo. If he comes in the cage too cocky, it could be lights out. Should be very interesting.

LoL, it's funny that Mir was talking a lot of crap about Congo's ground defense, but it's absolutely true. Congo can't do anything on the ground. He should've beat Cain Velasquez, but Cain looked like a pitbull on a bunny rabbit when they hit the ground. Mir isn't as good as Congo with the stand up, but I know Mir is too damn smart to not keep it on the ground. Of all the fight's tonight...this one will likely end early.

So Mir and Penn absolutely dominated their fights.

I don't think I've ever seen a cut as bad as the one BJ's kick inflicted on Diego to end the fight. Just sick.

That was a gash for the ages. Mir almost looked like he submitted Congo with one arm.

Looks like the stitching on that forehead wound is internal. He'll need to get rid of that scar tissue as much as he can or it will be a problem in the future.

I really thought that diego was going to give him problems but penn is in another level.

I hope UFC could get aoki or alvarez from DREAM to fight him
