Excellent shot from Martial but the keeper's been equal to it. When he hasn't been saved by his posts, he's been in the way of almost everything today.

Don't like the idea of playing an extra 30 against this team...

 

this is also why ole wants possibly two more attackers. we've been poor and yet, it's hard to see anyone coming from the bench and making an impact.

 

Yeah thats the sad part. He probably keeps looming back to see who can help, then just says ******** it...

 

Still think Lingard would have been worth the gamble, at least for today. Especially with fresh legs.

This is where having some technical options who can come on and make the ball stick would make a huge difference. A CAM and a RAM who can work in these tight spaces, but crucially look after the ball well without being negative.

And Mata's coming on. I was honestly thinking we need one of his good games. He's not had many at all, but he's had them in the EL...
