Has anyone found a way to screenshot the tickets properly? Previously there was a workaround if you turned on aeroplane mode and then switched to another app and back then it let you screenshot but security is tighter this time. Anyone found any tricks? It's nice to keep them as a memento.
Nothing for me yet, i'm afraid. I've got an older phone, which I took a screenshot of, which I'll probably bring along for the ride (I know, I know), just as an emergency in the instance I lose access to my phone as I don't believe you can access the app off two devices.
I would say that is poor in the case of the person who asked you to buy the tickets. Sadly - those people exist.
I would not assume the screenshot approach to entering the stadium as being in any way reliable. That was what caused the issues in the Euro 2020 final. I would neither promote it or encourage others to do so.
Yup. I would get them to buy both and make it their problem. It's terrible when one commits and then go back on their promise.
No of course not. It's zero percent reliable. It's stupid even. Just ever since they have gone away with paper tickets, I atleast have a record of all my mobile tickets (eg. UEFA and FIFA) in a folder on my phone/computer and as part of the tournament memories along with everything else in the journey and throughout the tournament, but now will have to find a different way.
Surely the portal would need to re-open. On my ticket on my app, there is an option that says "return". These surely go back to UEFA. MAKE THESE AVAILABLE TO US!!
I have sector D, BLOC 10, but is seems to be close to the vip tickets... how can it be possibile? they should be behind the goals!
I remember when we were chatting under the assumption the portal would be open 24/7 months in advance, and we'd all be sitting here refreshing the portal everyday. Instead we've had two extremely limited windows where we waited 3 hours to get in, just for the servers to collapse.
Have you the app downloaded and used the correct e-mail address? UEFA would see john.smith@gmail.com as different to johnsmith@gmail.com but if you email both they'd go to the same gmail account. Some FA tickets still seem to be arriving today but general public tickets all appear to have been sent from what I've heard.
Is there a UEFA contact email that they actually reply to with regards to ticketing questions? Would love to know what their official stance is on people who have tickets but can’t attend the game anymore? If they are against touts then what is the advice?
I see some people raising their voices on social media against UEFA. Maybe you can add to that. 1795842470615580983 is not a valid tweet id
