Can anyone put up a screenshot from the app (with blurred details)? Anyone who already has tickets in the app

 

If I’m not mistaken you cannot take screenshots in the Mobile Ticket App, there will appear a black screen (same as in Netflix for example)

Yep. My phone says "You cannot take screens of private" or something if I try.

 

Are anyone already getting the knockout stage tickets?

 

Nope. Only ticket I didn't get, the round of 16 one. I think they will appear when teams are official?

 

not seeing portugal fan club tix in the app yet, nor r16.
Not going to bother checking any later knockouts.

 

I've now both received and sent tickets via the transfer function in the app. No issues at all.

How are tickets linked to the app? Do they just appear there? I downloaded the app a few weeks ago. It didnt ask to link to my Uefa Credentials. Im wondering how my tickets will be delivered to my app.

 

All fans will be sent instructions by email when their mobile tickets are sent. Please bear in mind that the ticket distribution is done gradually. This means that tickets are not all sent at the same time. Also, the distribution order is not based on the time of purchase.

 

You need to connect on the Ticket app with the same email you bought the ticket on the UEFA website.

 

Ticket M13 from second ballot appeared in the app.

 

Italy/France fan tickets (via federation memberships) not received yet.

 

Really you don't need any email to say your tkts have been sent, you just log into the app putting in the email from your Uefa account, then your sent a pass code to your email you put it into the app then fill in your DOB and phone number plus passport details...And the tkt will automatically upload if Uefa have sent it also if you check the tkt on your Uefa account it tells you if the TKT has been sent yet ...

 

Got our England v Denmark through Block 14A, can’t find if that N,E,W or S ?

 

If I may ask, does the phone number that I input in the app have to be the same as the one in my UEFA profile? I was planning to use a different one as my „regular“ phone is so old that I doubt I will be able to download the app there…

similar question goes for passport details. Being a German resident, I would rather want to use my id card instead of carrying my passport with me. Thanks in advance

 

I just received my match 8 ticket. Same seat as in the source code. Ticket bought in the first general sales phase. Excited!

If you have a lower row ticket, you can tell your mates to watch out for you on TV

 

1) It has to be the one linked to the profile
2) Ausweiss/ID card should be alright, which you need to have on you anyways. But I don't think it will be needed for any of the UEFA purposes. If anything it might be crosschecked on public transport against the name on the fan ID.

 

On my FF, I've been allocated 36A, according to the source code.

So opposite end to the England "fans", but as you'll know the whole ground will be plastered in England fans.

 

He could put his proper details in just to access the tkt , then set up a new profile and transfer the tkts to the new profile

 

You sure? I would have thought only the email has to match, does the phone number really have to match?
