Uefa Cup rankings, Portugal in 6th

As I recall (correct me if I'm wrong), The SuperLiga will get two teams directly into the group stage and 1 at the last qualifying round. So we might get three teams in the CL group stages. I just hope those teams can build themselves up ahead of the competition, otherwise, we will accumulate few points playing against Europe's best teams. It's like a double edged sword. You have to do well to get there, but then it's tough tp stay.

Do you think Portugal has a real chance to catch France? It seems very unlikely to me.

It's funny how Benfica couldn't beat Anderlecht to qualify for the CL and yet Anderlecht couldn't even get a point in the CL. LOL

It happens....would have been nice to have 2 teams in the CL

 

I'm pretty sure Benfica would of atleast made it to the Uefa Cup from that Group.

They'll be down to 2 after the next round of competitions! Apart from the big 2 (Ajax,Psv) there's not much in Holland! Possibly even one it all depends on who Psv draws for the CL!
