Hey half time. 1:1. Shakhtar have all the momentum now...I remember the same thing happened against Brugge, 1:1 after the start of the 2nd half, they ran away with it 4:1. Substitutions are going to be essential in the second half...

So much for my 2:0 prediction! not to mention the scorers (Vukic has been invisible) but Aghahowa is looking in good shape.

This is going to be one of those frustrating days for any fan. Thank god Im not a Shakhtar fan! But it is a shame, Im a fan of Ukrainian football...Even if scores stay the same, there is still reason for hope. Does anyone remeber Dynamo's 3rd round qualification into CL last year?Lost 1:2 at home, and showed a completely dominant preformance in Turkey.

Hey you still want to see the game?

Dominant team in the second half but still conceded two goals...

    Terrible game for the Miners...

    Club:
    Arsenal FC
    Nat'l Team:
    Russia
    March 10

FT Partizan Belg. (S&M) 1 - 1 CSKA Moscow (Rus)

FT Shakhtar Donetsk (Ukr) 1 - 3 AZ Alkmaar

FT Middlesbrough 2 - 3 Sporting Lisbon (Por) (jes' for de blue bunny)

For Gazza mit the stable - not bad at all - as much as I dislike the Chump, I give them 65-70% chance of next round. :)

Boro has to win by 2 goals in Lisbon or by one scoring more than 2 goals - I give them zatz of a chance.

if you have the channel, you must watch the game, it is a beauty. Oh and in the 2nd half they promised they would tell us how Wagner Love got his nickname -- though the british commentator said "No you won't, not on American TV, are you mad? You'll get banned!" :D
