Massive game in a couple of days. A win by 2 goals would guarantee us Round of 16, although even a 1 goal win would be very good, as we have +6 GD on Dortmund. Still, lets not kid ourselves, we traditionally suck against German teams so we need to turn the history around. So far confirmed absences will be Jovane and Vinagre for us. On Dortmund, they just lost Thorgan Hazard due to covid-19, and are missing Haaland up front, as well as Hummels at the back due to suspension. Dortmund has conceded goals in almost every game they've played so hopefully we can exploit their weaknesses, because we know on the attack they will be a handful.

Ajax were pretty smart in investing the 22 million on Haller. He was already a proven commodity in the Eredivisie before, and was good in the Bundesliga too. Didn't quite pan out in EPL, but Ajax knew that he would dominate again in their league and be a force in Europe. With the system of complementary players around him, he's a scoring machine. Just like how Benfica made Jonas better with a system catering to him.
Combine they're world class academy with a coach that plays a certain style of attacking football based on Cruyff and key signings such as Haller or Antony and you got a dark horse in the UCL
