I agree with all of that but van persie put himself in that position when he lost his cool and committed that stupid foul that got the first yellow. he is as much to blame as the ref for screwing his team.

I know what the injury was reported as, but I'm wondering how he hurt himself during that particular play? Just didn't look that serious of an incident to warrant such an injury to me? But then again it don't take a whole lot to damage a joint anywhere on the body.
