Well, who would have expected this result - UAE 4-0 Jordan. You would have thought the UAE would have still been suffering from the shock of losing their President - obviously not.

    Wow 4-0!
Great result! I think UAE could become the best Persian Gulf team.

Actually Jordan is really weak when they are an attacking team or trying to be anyways... So its only when they defend (everyone behind the ball :D ) that they do really well, then again, who wouldnt ;)

I read it in the newspapers. The truth is... Jordan just sucks. Its not strong at all, which made UAE look strong.

Congrats to UAE they played very well against us. I'm not trying to give excuses but right before the match the Jordanian players which are mostly palestinians origins learned about the Death of president Arafat. There was alot of crying and anger before the match which affected the mentality of our players. To Saudi, Jordan today is one of the best Arab teams in the Arab world, KSAi on the other hand is just plain weak. The only reason Saudi Arabia qualified to the 2nd stage is because of its weak group. If Iran or Jordan were in your group we would have wipped your butt. No offence but if i were you I would be quiet knowing the KSA results in the past couple of years. ;)

Jordan domianted 1st half but couldn't find the back of the UAE net,2nd half changes to the UAE squad and the 1st route against a strong side since we beat bahrain 3-0
