I will make the first Sunday game. Maybe the 4:00 game for the second half but I don't know whether it's worth burning a day off for the 12:00 game.
Does anyone know anything about these two teams the US will be playing? Where they're from? How good they are? Promesas 2006 RS Futebol Clube Murf
http://www.arquivodeclubes.com/rs/rsfut.htm Could be this Brazilian team? Promesas 2006 is an El Salvadoran team.

Definately will be there... I don't get back in town until Tuesday afternoon so I'll miss the opening weekend but I won't miss the rest!!!
I'm about 98% sure that I will be there filming the whole thing. I'm just waiting for comfirmation. FSW is still working out the kinks to get a live feed to countries around the world.
i was gonna go but plane flights are too damn high. oh well, guess i will have to wait a little longer to see freddy
I'll be there. We'll have coverage through the week of the 17s, 16s and the rest of the tournament on www.topdrawersoccer.com emphasis will be on u.s. teams.
I'm wondering if GersMan or anyone else has seen Rodrigo Hidalgo play. He seems to have scored twice in a substitute appearance against Jamaica in Florida, and the reports from his play for region III looked really impressive as well. Could he be one of the late arriving off-year kids (like Alvarez, for instance) who becomes something special? His weight and height stats make him seem really wispy - I'm wondering if anyone can shed some light on this kid.
change in plans Apparently all of the U.S.'s oppenents were unable to make the trip and they have been replaced by three new teams from the lower U-19 group: Municipal Perez Zeledon (of Costa Rica) CD Guadalajara (of Mexico) CS Azzurri Blue (of Canada) The times are all the same; the first game should be over within the hour.
We were fairly lucky to get the draw and basically were outplayed for much of the match. Spector gets mad props for doing a Mattheus imitation and assisting the play that led to the equalizing penalty.
Sorry, no dice. The "Mexicanos" should have won the game, I think everyone who saw the game agrees. Great game though!
Here is where a soccer highlight come handy Here is where a soccer highlight could be real handy ...I will be happy at least with the highlight of the tournament.....
