So who have we played against over there?

 

Geez, so this is really useless for us. They could be saying he looks good in training against his teammates. That would seem fairly useless.

 

So Balboa is coaching this team? Or just dropping in for this trip?

They are playing England twice. Seems to be the usual crew.

 

When are the games scheduled for?

 

The England fans on big soccer are saying we drew with them, 1-1.

Quick match report, based on having seen no match action and read no match reports, and knowing nothing about who played, coached or anything else, even second- or third-hand: It was a mixed performance. The U.S. wasn't able to score more than one goal on England, but the defense did hold the hosts to only one score. That said, we might have played better, generally speaking, though that said, we might have played worse.

 

Hahaha that sounds like half the comments in regards to youth tourney's. Well done.

 

I don't think its bad to draw with England, regardless of level or level of players that they play.

England's "C" team at most levels probably has more depth than our "A" team.

 

Not losing to England AWAY is a good result for us.

They lost the second game 4-2.

 

It seems like our Barca kid also got the callup.

I'd have to check with my son to be sure--he's the one who knows most of these boys. But I think that #11 in the Weston photo might be him. He's definitely not in the Eskilson photo from the 2nd game.

 

Thats what I thought initially

 

Based on height, I do think that 11 is Konrad--not too tall. Bryan Reynolds from FC Dallas was there--and has a similar haircut--but he's much taller (I'm looking at a couple of twitter pics for reference).
Among the boys in the photos for game day 1 (Weston photo) are Taylor Booth, Michael Pellegrino, Indiana Vasseliev, Luke Defrietas-Hansen (GK), Sebastian Serpa, Jose Rivas, Xuhxuxh, Luke Hanson, . I know Luis Arriaga, Uly Llanez, Nike Fernandez, Marcello Palomino (he was #13 on the 1st game day--but #'s seemed to move around some), and Gabe Segal were there. The other photo (from 2nd game) has Cole McNally (GK) and Gabe Findley who played in only that game.

 

I believe Llanez is second from left, back row, in the Eskilson photo.
