Fabulous should be a RW. In Jurgen's facebook Q/A from a few days ago however he did finally bring up the possibility of putting him there, which suggests he might be leaning towards a Hershey's Finest/Fabulous wing combo in the near future. So much better than the Zardes/Bedoya crap we've seen.
Firstrow plus uBlock and flashblock (plus virus protection). The game is on regular Univision in New York and on FoxSoccer2Go which I have for Bundesliga.
Maybe that's just how Goal.com aligned or projected them, in which case I don't think it's the most likely way. 433 w/ Wood, Altidore, Pulisic; Kljestan, Bedoya, Bradley; Fabian, Birnbaum, Gonzalez, Cameron seems much more likely, with maybe 1 switch.
Hopefully Pulisic can win 1 on 2 often times, because Cameron usually doesn't support much as a fullback. Even if he gets down there, he's very inefficient as a crosser. Probably the weakest part of his game.
Jurgen-"Christian, you're not ready to start a WCQ yet" Pulisic- "If I did I'd break a Landon Donovan record. Jurgen-"Say no more." #Kidding— Ives Galarcep (@SoccerByIves) September 6, 2016 Lol.
We are playing an inferior opponent at home. Fabian should get down the field aplenty, even as an LB. Thought he was underwhelming against St. Vincent. Ideally he plays winger, but he's only been marginally better there w/ the national team. Not near a level really to cater to him. Should be about the 3rd or 4th most creative attacker on the field, playing off others, not a focal point. I do think he blends with Kljestan and Pulisic, when out there.
This might be one of the funniest tweets I have ever read. I was reading along right chuffed over Pulisic starting and wondered what made JK come around to my way of thinking, and I can say with certainty, that would do it..
So Fernando Fiore is going to be part of the Fox pregame shows forever now? Didn't expect to see him on the field for a USA/T&T match.
it is only a good lineup because T&T don't pressure the way Panama or Mexico would...but if they do look for the US to lose possession and get countered with ease.
Bradley is the weakest ball handler other than the CB's and keeper. That is so much better than what we usually see. Maybe we can just bypass our Dmid ball circulator?
Who the hell else do you want out there that's better than keeping the ball than who's out there currently? You can have a case for Nagbe and that's about it. This team is built more for possession than any other JK lineup I can remember.
