From what i watched on a sports program, it appears both events (and also the Gold Cup) will be shown in Univision, which possibly means that many of the games will be broadcast on Galavision and Telefutura

    Dates

FIFA World Youth Championship United Arab Emirates 2003 (U-20): March 25-April 16

The draw for the Youth finals is Jan 29.

FIFA U-17 World Championship Finland 2003:
    August 13-August 30

IIRC, Univision acquired the rights to both tournaments when they got purchased the World Cup rights in 2001. Galavision showed all the USA matches in the U-20 and U-17 final tournaments in 2001.

Don't expect the local Mexican joints to show the U17 or U20 WC. Those kinds of things don't even register in most Mexican fan's minds. Your best bet will be to call beforehand and ask them if they'll put it on for you. I'm not sure how the restaurants are up there, but the ones down this way tend to have 3-4 televisions per restaurant. They will switch them over to games upon request.
