Ahh, a nice lifestyle shot . . families walking hand in hand to see the local boys have it out on the pitch. I'm excited. I can't wait.

Know what else would be cool? TV screens near the ticket booths and lines to go in, so next time I'm late for Ronaldinho and have to stand in a line of fellow latecomers, I can at least get an idea of whats going on before I go in . . c'mon, can I get an amen on this one?

Why is that little kid on his dad's shoulders? I could see if the kid is trying to see a parade or something, but that's an awful way to travel towards the stadium.

Its actually a pet peeve of NJSEA; they love to harass parents piggybacking their kids (I've been told to take my child off my shoulders more than once as I approach the gates). Your sharp eye has found a subtle hint in the image that suggests how much more fan-friendly the new home will truly be!

Also, the blimp in the picture appears to be attacking the area.

Being my bratty, snarky self . .

Is it me, or does it look like they're all walking into a Target?

    Well, it's completely empty, so that's accurate. . .

Seriously, though, congratulations to the NY/NJ fans.

Yeah, and are those birds or the Luftwaffe?

Otherwise, exciting and inspirational images. I hope they have the red bull images on the seats like Salzburg's.

Does any one know how close Cape May street will be to the stadium? I think it'd be cool if the supporters end was the Cape May End.:D

I do hope the goal ends will be situated north and south.

A large round clock at the south end would be nice as well. Ha, Ha!

The Cape May end would have to be south then if geography means anything.

Of course, Cape May is not in New York Region, and thus doesn't matter. :D

    You're reading my mind, Viper!

What would the fans sitting in a "Cape May End" be called, the Prawn Sandwich Brigade? They could sing back and forth with the Long Beach Island Corner and the Southhampton Stand??? Umm...no. But all those locations are in the NY region, Matt. ;)

I do remember years ago hearing that one of the early architectural firms commissioned to look at this were involved in the last refurbishing of Highbury. So I guess Red Bulls clashing on the bathroom tiles are a sure-thing!

No it doesn't look like a Target and it will be filled you'll see....
You're just pissed (read as bratty, snarky) because Bruce justifiably called called HomeDepot Ctr an amusement park.. The HDC pitch recently looked as bad as the mud pits at Woodstock '69!

Word on the street is YES, but that it will be covered with seating during games. (Good thing, as I definitely agree with you)

Any chance of some terracing with convertible seating? I know there are a few Bundesliga teams that use the terraces for league matches and put the seats in for Euro games when needed. That'd be great.
