Notice this means no TT, EJ, or Chingy vs. Mexico. I think a bunch of people's dreams came true...

I am never happy that someone is injured but I am happy that "other" forwards will play against Mexico.

Not playing against Mexico is the best for Twellman.

This hamstring could cause problems right up to the Summer transfer window. ;)

That's all fine and dandy, but who's going to pair with him up top? He's not a lone forward. It'll be interesting to see if Bradley snags anyone else off the U-23 squad, or if he even takes Jozi. I'm not convinced Jozi will play. This could easily be a 4-6-0 formation with Bradley being as stubborn as he is. He's nothing more than Arena with a different set of pet players. We all see how Arena has been gobbled up as a coach how he was perceived in the soccer world. Bradley is simply Bruce in a different guise. Both are utter and total shite.

Eventually, maybe a few more of you will realize that sentence describes every coach.

(I'm assuming you're just talking about player selection, because it's a ridiculous statement to make tactically.)

Yep, a blessing in disguise if ever there was one. Not that you needed to convince most of us of that. That said, I just can't bring myself to wish injury on Twellman, but... I can't say that I'm all that disappointed, either.

Now Altidore... I'm still mixed on the wisdom of placing too much on a young forward just yet, I'd rather he come along at an even pace. But if we have to, and if it pans out...

    There is a god!

Jozy as the striker with Adu as a withdrawn forward would be interesting, but won't happen I feel.

It's going to be Altidore and Donovan up top I can feel it. Too bad for Twellman, but I think this was probably the best thing that could happen for him. I don't see him having a good game against a team like Mexico. The guy that really got the shaft this camp was Cooper. What a wasted opportunity.

Not that most of us are too disappointed there, either.

Let bring back Agoos as a target man for this one.

We'll be trotting out Max Bretos at this rate.

Hopefully we'll see Altidore paired with Donovan.
